Freedom60™ Syringe Infusion System

New from Repro-Med, the Freedom60 Syringe Infusion System is designed for ambulatory infusions. Using standard 60cc syringes, calibrated rate-control tubing sets, and a patented constant-force mechanical pump, the Freedom60 provides features important to both patient and medical professional. The Freedom60 pump is portable, lightweight, easy-to-maintain, and requires no batteries. The system is simple to use and convenient. The Freedom60 provides very accurate flow rates and safe infusion pressures. A choice of rate-control tubing flow rates and syringe filling provides the pharmacist flexibility in choosing dosage amount and delivery time. The low cost of the Freedom60 System is attractive even when compared to the cost of standard gravity systems.

Designed For The Infusion Professional

Introducing the new Freedom60™ Syringe Infusion System, engineered to liberate you and your patients from the problems of troublesome infusions, confining gravity systems, complicated electronics and high labor and supply costs. Never before has a low cost system provided so much performance, safety and convenience.

Performance

Precise infusion rates and uniform flow proiles proide consistent delivery of medication. Calibrated 60ml/hr (1 hour) and 120ml/hr (1/2 hour flow profiles avilable. Extended anibiotic admixture storage versus minibags and elastomerics.(1)

Safety

Rate Controlled Freedom60 Extension Tubing with standrd slide clamp and luer-lock connector. Patented syringe disc connector protects against set touch contamination. Highly accurate constant-force pump maintains ecommended site pressure at 13.5 psi.(2) Clear view syringe holder makes it easy to verify flowrate and access time elapsed and remaining.

Convenience

Freedom60 Sets come complete with extension tubing, 60cc sytinge and handy storage trays. Singel or multipe syringe dosing allows extensive range of volumes (10cc to 180cc or more). Easy to use lightweight windu pump, patient just loads syringe and turns on. Completely portable, no batteries, no cumbersome pole. Handy travel pouch available.

Low Cost

Inexpensive Freedom60 Sets and standard replacement syringes. Attractively priced reusable Freedom60 pump is Medicare reimbursable (HCPCS K0417). Easy system to set-up and check. Simplifies filling, admixing and storage. Studies show "the syringe pump is the most cost-effective wayof delivering intravenous antibiotics". (3)
